STAM participated in Space Meetings Veneto, one of Italy’s most prominent space industry events, bringing together key players from the space ecosystem over three days in Venice. The event proved to be a rich occasion for dialogue, networking, and the exploration of new opportunities at the intersection of space and terrestrial innovation.
For STAM, the event offered an ideal platform to present and reinforce its role as an ESA Technology Broker. Throughout the event, STAM illustrated how it supports companies in identifying, adapting, and applying space technologies across different sectors, turning innovation into concrete opportunities both on Earth and in orbit.
In this regard, STAM organised the panel “From Space to Earth and Back: the Challenges of Technology Transfer and Cross-Sectoral Collaboration”. The session brought together a diverse group of experts for an open, wide-ranging conversation on how space technologies can generate value well beyond their original context, and why cross-sectoral collaboration is essential to transforming ideas into real-world impact.
