Space and Textile Innovation for a Sustainable Future

On October 24th, our Executive Director, Stefano Carosio, ESA Technology Broker for Italy within the framework of the ESA Scale-Up Programme, carried out in close collaboration with the Italian Space Agency (ASI), took part in the panel “The Future of Tradition through Innovative Solutions” at the Venice Sustainable Fashion Forum 2025, promoted by Confindustria Moda, The European House – Ambrosetti, and Confindustria Veneto Est.

Bridging Space and Textile Innovation at ESA ESTEC

On 17 October, STAM, as ESA Technology Broker for Italy, co-organised with the European Space Agency and Confindustria Moda Italia a one-day workshop at ESA ESTEC in Noordwijk dedicated to strengthening the dialogue between the space and textile sectors.

50 Years of ESA!

 On 30 May 1975, the ESA Convention was signed by 10 States and has since now expanded to 23 Member States, two Associate Members and one Cooperating State.
ESA-ESTEC joined in the celebrations for one of the world’s largest spring festivals – the Bloemencorso Bollenstreek – to celebrate 50 years of ESA in the Netherlands.
