Business Opportunities and Funding with ESA Spark Funding: STAM at the RIR AIR Workshop

On 20 February 2026, STAM took part in the workshop “Dalla rete al progetto” (“From Network to Project”), organised by the Rete Innovativa Regionale Aerospace Innovation and Research (RIR) and hosted at the University of Padua (UNIPD). The event brought together companies, researchers, and innovation stakeholders, as RIR Members, to explore collaborative pathways for transforming regional strengths into impactful projects.

Space and Textile Innovation for a Sustainable Future

On October 24th, our Executive Director, Stefano Carosio, ESA Technology Broker for Italy within the framework of the ESA Scale-Up Programme, carried out in close collaboration with the Italian Space Agency (ASI), took part in the panel “The Future of Tradition through Innovative Solutions” at the Venice Sustainable Fashion Forum 2025, promoted by Confindustria Moda, The European House – Ambrosetti, and Confindustria Veneto Est.

50 Years of ESA!

 On 30 May 1975, the ESA Convention was signed by 10 States and has since now expanded to 23 Member States, two Associate Members and one Cooperating State.
ESA-ESTEC joined in the celebrations for one of the world’s largest spring festivals – the Bloemencorso Bollenstreek – to celebrate 50 years of ESA in the Netherlands.
