STAM at the Salon International des Inventions

STAM actively joined in the Salon International des Inventions in Geneva (CH), which saw the participation European Space Agency (ESA) as guest of honour, celebrating both the ESA’s 50th anniversary and the 35th year of its pioneering Technology Transfer Programme

50 Years of ESA!

 On 30 May 1975, the ESA Convention was signed by 10 States and has since now expanded to 23 Member States, two Associate Members and one Cooperating State.
ESA-ESTEC joined in the celebrations for one of the world’s largest spring festivals – the Bloemencorso Bollenstreek – to celebrate 50 years of ESA in the Netherlands.

ESA Funds Six Italian Projects Bridging Space Tech and Everyday Innovation

Press release. Foldable and ultra-lightweight photovoltaic panels, a high-tech suit to prevent athlete injuries, biodegradable packaging made from fish waste, robotic grippers for satellite maintenance in orbit, drones for rapid wildfire suppression, and adaptive greenhouses for the maritime sector — these are the six innovative projects developed by Italian companies Astradyne, REA Space, Relicta, Adaptronics, Inspire, and GERMINA
