TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION

A patented post-processing system enhances the surface finish and mechanical
properties of 3D-printed polymer parts. Its core device, the 3D Finisher, uses a
low-temperature (25–40°C) chemical-physical treatment to smooth materials
such as ABS, ASA, PETG, Cellulose Acetate, and soon polyamides/elastomers,
within 1–2 hours. The plug-and-play, TUV/CE-certified system operates
without manual intervention and ensures consistent results across complex
geometries. The process improves hardness, waterproofing, and compatibility
with painting or metallization, supporting the transition from prototyping to
production-grade additive manufacturing.
